This is the most patriotic photo I could find in my collection. It is of my husband's grandfather. This photo was taken right before it went to war, that was WWI. Although my husband and I are just a year apart in age his grandfather was the same age as my great grandfather.
Anyway, his grandfather, James left his small family farm and went to war. He caught the bus at a small store in Canadian, OK, which is a few miles north of Bugtussle.
