Winter Storm a Comin . . .

Hard to believe this will all be covered with ice and snow tomorrow.  I took these photos yesterday and it was 67 degrees on the front porch.  Today is about getting ready for the storm.  Gathering wood for the stove and getting hay for the animals.  Hopefully, the power won't go out, but we will be okay if it does.  These trees may or may not be here after this weekend.  If they go down it just means we will have a head start on next year's wood pile.

This is Lil Red Bull and Pokey, they are young.
No need to fight over the hay there are 10 bales
on the other side of  the fence

Have a great day and if you are in our neck of the woods get ready for the ice storm.  Please stay safe.
Love,
Territory Mom

Be safe and stay warm! I think I posted about the female prisoner stats 2 or 3 posts back, and yes, OK had the largest number of females being incarcerated. It doesn't matter where, but it's sad. All the jails now are overcrowded.

God bless and protect you.

I'll send a prayer up for you! My daughter went to college in Tulsa, and I have never seen the weather change it's mind so many times in a day!

It ended up not hitting us as hard as they thought...we were right on the line of ICE/SNOW....we had no electric for an hour. Yes the preparing was worth it....even if we didn't get the rough stuff. How did you fare?
