Soon My Burden Will Roll Away

My beautiful garden spot is almost ready to sow seeds.  Did I say, beautiful, yes despite the old school bus in my garden.  I know you think you know where I live now, but there are old school buses in yards all across Oklahoma.
This bus once belong to my brother-in-law when he was in the reserves.  It has a full kitchen, bathroom (well kind of a bathroom) and a makeshift sleep area.  I thought when I married my husband we would get rid of it.  I know, right.  Because it has memories, none of which I want to know about it is here to stay and I now use it for storage.  Can you see the old Huggies box in the window?  It gets moved every 5 years or so.  Since it is my the garden right now I thought I would paint sun flowers on it.  However, I was recently informed by husband that he is going to roll up the hill into the woods and we are going to use it as a hunting/fishing/camping cabin.  Great idea, out of sight, out of mind.  Well, no we will still be able to see it.  So, we will redo the interior for the campouts.  I'm thinking of painting it to look like an old cabin complete with curtains.  This is will take time, maybe a year.  I can not lie we are procrastinaters.
What do you think?  Any and all comments or suggestions will be very accepted.
Anyway, soon my burden will be rolled up the hill.
Have a great weekend.
Love,
Territory Mom

My dad always wanted to convert an old school bus to use as a camper. Some how, that never happened. I think painting yours to look like a log cabin would be neat.

LOVE that idea! I saw a special on the Travel Channel about all these old buses, trailers and campers revamped, and one of the trailers they featured was turned into a traveling log cabin! I loved it! God for the cabin, that's the thing to do.

Haha...I just noticed that instead of saying "go for the cabin" I said "God for the cabin." I'm gonna leave that as is. Who knows, God just might be for the cabin too! Heheh...

P.S. I have a crush on Desmond too...
