After I picked up my son from school on Friday we took the back roads out of town to avoid traffic. On one of the side streets was a church with "Exercise daily, walk with God" on the marquee. I thought that is a great resolution.
Across the street from the church is a casino. That strikes me as funny, only in Oklahoma. The pastor of the church may not think so, but I bet he doesn't really mind since he knows "nothing just happens".
Someone asked the "preacher" one time if he cared if people paid their tithes from money they won gambling. He would always say, "the devil has had that money long enough it's time for God to have it".
