On NBC News last night was a great story about Mission Of Hope Haiti in Port-au-Prince. It was founded several years ago by Bob and Sharon Johnson of Indiana. Their son, Brad and his wife, Vanessa live in Port-au-Prince and run the mission on a full time basis. This group is extremely organized. It has been able to provide meals everyday since the earthquake.
There are several ways to give from sponsoring a child, a missionary, a mission trip, bibles, or a tank of gas.
School of Hope is part of the mission and it is working to build a hospital.Also, the US Executive Director is Oklahoman, Otis Garrison. The U.S. office is in Lee's Summit, MO.

The Mission's Disaster Relief has been set up for immediate needs since the earthquake.It list "immediate response", "immediate recovery", "longterm recovery" and "ways to help". At the top of the list under "ways to help" is "pray".
