New baby calf (black dot next to red mama) born 5/2/2010. Big sister Grassy to the right.
My little girl names all the animals around here, but she said that this girl was just too pretty for a name. Then a couple of days later when we got a better look, "she" is a "he". So he is now "Bluegrass". For some of our summer plans and Bluegrass's new friends go here. The photo below is Bluegrass and his mama taken on Saturday. I'm glad there was a big gate between us.
